The random furnishings in the corners don't seem to benefit the room.

The blue used below the chair rail doesn't complement the tile flooring.

Some accessories placed on the table would provide some interest and texture.

What have you done? Looks like the eating area of your kitchen?? Who sits on the table's benches? They wouldn't be comfortable for sitting too long. Paint the room all 1 color. The blue isn't right and the different heights of it are awkward,

Take everything away from corners and get nice chairs

Pretty room but agree the blue seems to chop it up - i’d want the eye to go straight out that lovely window

Do you have the blue in other areas of your house? I guess I am odd person out as I would paint the wall above the chair rail blues. I think the blue with cream curtains is pretty.

I do think the walls above and below the chair rail need to be the same color.

Do you have any more of the white chairs you could bring in? Could you take a few pictures of the kitchen.

Take a look at changing the blue paint to a soft cream beige, like SW Neutral Ground so it compliments with the floor with a neutral subtle color. I would reverse the art at the end wall, so the smaller frame is at the top on each side. The black chairs look kind of short for the table height, do they work with the table height?

Post a photo of the opposite end of the room so we can see how it all comes together.

I think fabric horizontal blinds would look better than curtains. Choose a sheer fabric and decide on open/close options of top down, bottom up, swivel open etc, I’ve never been a fan of curtains in a kitchen, even if it is as in this case, the eating nook. Another persons comment on getting nicer chairs would be another change I’d make. Go to a high back upholstered chair. Frame the window at the back behind the table with 2 floor plants or tall ceramics holding sticks, reeds, bamboo etc found easily at many decor stores, instead of the random furniture you have there now.

IMO too much stuff already , the blue makes no sense

Switch out your art on each side so that the smaller item is at the top

I'd put something on the table. A bowl with fruit, a cluster of candles, a runner with something on it, (candles, bowl, whatever). Dried flowers in a vase now, fresh flowers in better weather.
