So we have had a new kitchen extension, the transition from the new floor to existing, (wood, and concrete), aren’t very good, and you can feel it a lot when walking over it, you almost get a walking downhill feel! the builders of course explain it away, but I think its because they set the new extension floor too high, and didn’t build it up enough on the other floors beforehand. Any advice from professionals, I’m in the UK btw
