SW Allabaster is a great choice for a bedroom paint color. I would remove the wood accent.

Why carpet when you have beautiful floors? Just add a nice area rug. Change out the boob light, please.

All depends on how it is attached to the wall. If small finishing nails I would remove it. If glued and nailed I would first attempt to paint it after a few good coats of primer and use it as the accent wall behind the headboard. Accent in texture not in colour. I would not carpet. I would use a large area rug and change out the light.

I think it would look good with the alabaster, but doesn't look good now. It's rustic, though. I could see it looking great if the bed was on that wall. But, the wrong bed, the wrong style and it will clash.

I like it but it clashes with the floor. I like painted paneling so I would paint it and the ceiling both in Alabaster as a whole room color drench.

I have painted paneling DIY but caulked the spaces between the boards first for a seamless look.

Our living room is color drenched in Alabaster and it is gorgeous.

I agree remove, if its nailed. If it has glue on it, the sheetrock might need to be replaced, on that wall, but, thats not a big deal. I wouldnt even attempt to paint that.

I would lose it a heartbeat it clashes with the floor and the plan was painting so if possible remove and paint the wall. Change the boob light and then decorate in your stylr
