Need advice with wood floor refinishing?

I turned a huge one bedroom into two bedrooms recently. In the main bedroom there is some wood floor missing where there was originally a closet. The flooring is from the 1950s and is the 2.25" red oak. My style is more modern and I am trying to achieve a more Scandinavian light white oak look.
While I understand that it cannot be completely achieved, would Bona Red Out and Bona Nordic seal be the best to achieve this? I have heard stories of Bona red out causing some areas of the darker grain to darken. Is this true? I am not a huge fan of the darker areas in the red oak and like it more clean and modern. However, I do like some grain, but definitely not the darker grain boards in the 1950s red oak floors. I know I'm not going to get rid of it, but I don't want the Bona red out to darken it.
Also where is the best place to get red oak to match my floors? I have seen a lot of newer unfinished Red oak that is really red. When sanded down, my red oak is not even close to some of the newer red oak and has much less red in it and is fairly light.
Lastly, I live in Colorado, does anyone know in Colorado about how much it would cost to have someone come do this for about a 160 sqft room?
