All of Meadow's puppies have been adopted into wonderful homes! They are ten weeks today, and most left in the last week. They are all doing amazingly well. We're so thrilled. My son and his gf adopted Marigold (now Silko), two of DD's friends adopted Huckleberry and Freesia (now Olive), and Twig (now Dex) was adopted by lakehouse neighbors. So we will be able to keep tabs on a few. While we didn't know the other families prior to adoption, we got to know them all a bit, and they all had to pass the rescue's stringent application, including house visits, vet contact, etc. They are all chipped back to the rescue so that makes us feel good too.

Mama Meadow still needs a home. She is just the sweetest girl. Couch potato, very affectionate, and very at ease and gentle with kids, men, women, other dogs, etc. If my own dog was better with other dogs, I'd happily adopt her myself, but I've spent years working with Vanny in this regard and haven't made much progress.

This is Marigold getting ready for her trip home to Colorado. She did super well on the plane, and hasn't had a single potty accident since arriving home.
