My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Not sure if he will get back to you but... there are several brands that carry a look like that. Just stop into a local wood flooring store and ask to see Handscraped Acacia. The tone you pick can depend on what your lighting is etc. The one in the picture may not end up being just right for you but there are many versions that look like this. (Armstrong, Kentwood etc)
