Can you show a picture of your bathroom? what colour is the vanity or is it a pedestal sink? would be nice to have more information and pictures of what you've already bought/chosen.

It is not done yet. We just signed the contract. I want suggestions on the different flooring options available.
Everything will be white, with brushed-nickel fixtures. I will need color in the flooring, or maybe not. Would a white floor be too much white? I have not decided on a vanity yet.

You're talking about the floor:

- Ideally, a floor coordinates (not necessarily matches) the vanity's countertop. For example, if you were using black countertops, a black and white hex tile would work well.

- Don't forget that you'll almost certainly be using throw rugs. Consider that before you commit to a fancy pattern ... or whatever else.

- You say everything will be white. Be careful, as all white is hard ... and cheap white can come out flat.

That's why I would like to find a floor next. A white floor is not my 1st choice. Too much white or is it?
I want a suggestion: laminate, vinyl, or maybe tile is best, even though I prefer no grout.
Do I need a specific type of floor if I want it heated?
The only thing I definitely know is that I do not want a wood-looking floor.

Matte tile is always best. It provides the non slip traction under foot that we all need.

Here's an all white bathroom with large 12 x24 white wall tiles in the shower. Floor are large 24 x 24 matte porcelain marble look tiles. Pulls, lighting, bathroom fixtures are brass.

Will you post photos and links of the porcelain slabs that will be used in the shower?

I don't have any pictures of the porcelain slabs.

Since you're renovating the entire bathroom, I strongly suggest you make all your decisions on material (floor tiles, wall tiles, vanity, etc.) before buying anything.

The shower is too expensive to do everything at once.
The shower will be done in about a month.
Once that is paid off, we will finish the bathroom.
