The pendant is called Here Comes The Sun, purchased through Lumens. I purchased several in the small and medium size, had a larger canopy made and put them together into one fixture. This was done in 2018, I have since seen a stock version like this collection come out, so you do not need to do any custom work. You can purchase a grouping as one fixture.
