About 40 years ago I remodeled a kitchen and installed a cooktop that had a plug in grille module in the cooktop. At that time I had to have a kitchen with all the bells and whistles. The electric grille worked great. However the residual juices from the steaks and chops remained on the stone brickettes which were not cleanable, and it wasn't long after that the bugs made a major entrance into my kitchen. The grille module was removed and never used again.

Thank you Beverly. I’ve remodeled mine into a bar as I wanted to keep the original grill in place. My goal is to somehow find the original knobs and handle 🤞🤞.

There are sources for replacement parts, but the first thing they will ask you is for some type of grill ID like a manufacturer or model number.
