Most of those don't look like much of a difference to me. I like the wood coffee table and the stair rails, they add some warm, rich color and contrast.

Agree! But spindles would be white railing would stay wood just less orange. Looking for the flooring so I can decide on walls

Wall color decided after flooring is in ideallt but at least chosen. There are 100s of LVPs and stores to buy it. Go shopping bring back some samples at least see those in your space . Then narrow it to 2 choices buy a box of each lay them out in your space then decide and order. No one can help choose the actual flooring except you. Read the info la.la.girl suggested to at least understand what to look for.. BTW I would not do beige walls with all the blue and white in the space

Is this a rental property? If so, it looks nice, but dated. Have the carpet cleaned and change the throw pillows.

I don't know if you are painting the wood doors, the wood stairs, planning on keeping the wood coffee table or the wood dining table and chairs.

This is one flooring that I found that I think coordinates with the tones on the doors and stairs and the slightly more red tones in the coffee table. I think it has enough lighter area that it may work with the dining table as well, but may be too red for the dining table - making the table look yellow or green. (Found on the carpet one site)
