Beautiful vanity! Does the baseboard continue behind it?

I am planning for a similar furniture-style vanity in my remodeled bathroom. I am uncertain whether to continue the same height baseboard behind the vanity. I have 8-inch high legs/feet on the vanity.

    Hi there!


    We did continue the baseboard behind the vanity. It's those little details that we find really elevate a space. The trim hugs both sides of the legs making it look like the vanity is built into it. I've attached a photo of to show how we did this.
