MY thought is stick with stainless but I have to say I hate grids in the bottom of the sink my new hod them thet went bye bye. I am a clean freak and those get gross everytime you use the sink. As for the other choices bot will suffer is heavy pot ever slips . Enammelle cast iron went the way of the dodo for a reason it chips , looks awful and over time hard to clean and the name ceramic for a sink in a kitchen just makes no sense those barely sand up in batrhooms. I think kitchen sinks are the work horses in the kitchen why mess with perfection with stainless. BYW if you but those metal grids on the bottom of the enammelled sink it will leave gray scratches all the time

If you must go white, consider a Blanco Silgranit sink, but I agree with Patricia, I’d choose stainless steel. Best of luck.

Nothing is easier or more convenient than a stainless under mount sink. Same holds true for a prep sink. I ASSUME you appliances are stainless?

I will say this on "Champagne Bronze"

I love it as an accent in lighting, in cabinet hardware. The faucet is up to you. I have never seen the need for more than two finishes in a kitchen and I count the appliances as one of the two. A stainless faucet comes in so many iterations, is the easiest to pair with a prep faucet,

It's your kitchen, but. I have no client who has ever regretted single bowl stainless sink. Grids/grates unnecessary , easiest to keep looking new, and if you ask me, it's the forever finish.

Sinks aside, the MOST important piece of the kitchen is the layout, and how that layout relates to the living floor on whole. Feel brave? Post the plans: )

The sink is the very LEAST of the plan, as is the faucet.

Thank you for responses. Builder has ordered faucets so I can’t back out. Wondering how CBronze faucets will look with undermount SS sinks? Appliances are SS and all kitchen hardware is CB. I guess faucets could change later if I hate the SS and CB combo that much. I am not a peer pressure person but caved this time 😡for ‘something different’ and now I’m regretting it.

I’ve spent too many brain cells on this sink decision. My go to is SS and I’d feel very comfortable making that choice if not for faucet finish decision.

Do You have the floor plan? Take a picture? Your clearances look tight and where do all the openings lead.

It's nice to post elevations..........dimensions are more meaningful and informative, Seeing the WHOLE is best - the kitchen doesn't live in isolation from all else.

I would contact the builder and change the order to stainless steel for the faucets. Just because they were ordered doesn't mean that you can't change it. There's nothing more classic and durable than a stainless steel sink and SS faucets.

Can you not just now order ss faucets, and when the other comes in send it back?
