You are limited in what you can do in an apartment building. Moving walls, plumbing, etc. will not easily be allowed since the plumbing is connected to other units below and above.
You can enlarge your bathroom by going into your existing closets but you say you need MORE closet room not less. I suggest looking into IKEA wardrobe units and placing them on either side of your bed. Perhaps having a long 8” shelf behind your bed to house a lamp, clock, book and whatnot.

Feet and inches would be nice, but they're not necessary to respond to the OP. If both the bath and closets are too small, the only way to enlarge them is to take space away from the bedroom. The bed could be moved closer to the window, and the closets could be extended (providing a wall for the bedroom door to swing against as a bonus.). In the bath, removal of the bidet would allow the vanity to be next to the existing toilet which would create more open space in the room.

Yes, Rapp's ideas....and make the toilet also the bidet using an electric bidet seat.
