Stuck on how to layout my laundryroom

I attached the room size and where door and window are. Otherwise it is a clean slate. I have front load washer dryer but eventually we will go to top load. this will also have a toilet and sink in and I need some space for folding and hanging. Just need ideas on how to best lay this out.

Thanks for any help..

generally an outside wall is best for the dryer vent, BUT I would like the eventual side by side W/D on the wall to the left of the pocket door, with a rod across the top for hanging.

I'd keep the window wall as a long countertop with good light from the window. for an undermount sink and base cabinet drawers.

a deep drawer to act as a laundry basket, or open to fit canvas laundry basket(s)

I'd put the toilet to the right of the entry door.

I'd leave the wall opposite the entry door for Bead board and pegs for hanging

the opposite of this look W/D on the left, sink on the right under the window.

So you have something attractive to see when the door is open.

Again, from your last thread, there has to be more context and detail, or any layouts are just a shot in the dark and a waste of commenter's time.

The adjacent rooms and larger house beyond needs to be shown. If you are expanding an existing room by 3', then why not say 3'-6" or 2'.

Things that will be considered by commenters are things like if you can separate a Powder Room, how the entry from the Kitchen is placed, whether the entry should be on the side, if a window is placed over a counter, things like that which cannot be gleaned from the info given.

Maybe someone can link the Kitchen thread which summarizes what and how info can be given.

I did put that it goes to the kitchen and this is all the room available without cramping kitchen. Sorry the window is 48" off the floor. Door can not be moved there is a door to the backyard on the wall to the right of that door. I am sorry if I am making this difficult for you.

Where is the water and drain for the washer. You do know you will now need a toilet room next to a kitchen or DR a pocket door no way. to give enough privacy .Since a toilet needs to also have plumbing where is thta. The drawing is not complete add what else neededs to be considered then we can help.

    Plumbing can be put anywhere.

Stacked washer and dryer on outside wall? Then a long wall of counters and storage with a utility sink along the opposite? Miele makes a nice washer dryer tower.

There is no building there now , so only plans ? SO why not share the whole plan maybe the laundry can go somewhere else . If what thinkdesign says does not work then you need to provide more info., an empty box is not a space

I would try very hard to make the toilet area private. Maybe a stall-like arrangement containing the toilet only and your sink very close by for handwashing.
