Do you already own the table? I think the struts/Stretchers—those parts that connect the legs, near the feet—what the heck are they called?—would make sitting at either end uncomfortable. (If you find from experience that isn't true for you, then never mind!)

Aside from color, what are your criteria for "good" dining chairs? Personally I prefer full backs, because I need the lumbar support. That may not matter to you. Do you want seat cushions? Would you like removable seat cushions, so that you can easily recover them?

I see that the table is extendable. How many does it seat when fully extended? Do you want that many chairs? Or just enough chairs to seat six, when the table isn't extended? (And what is your plan for larger numbers?)
