Miele Combi Steam Oven - Which One??

I want a manual fill (non-plumbed) Miele Combi Steam oven. I can't get any feedback from the sales reps because they don't LIVE with it, they just sell it for commisons.


I'm trying to decide between the "gold" "diamond" and "platinum" .
