^oncape’s suggestion would look nice with the art frame. There appears to be some blush color in the art…? If so, maybe add some blush-colored towels.

Towels were supposed to be blush...way off!

How about a peel and stick wallpaper? I found this great site and I could sit and play with it all day. You find your pattern, you have three choices where you can fill in colors of your choice and there are lots of color.

I know you could do better with the colors and the design, but it's fun and has lots of promise.

I just posted a new photo with the whole room showing the floor tile. The floor tile pattern makes it difficult to put wallpaper up

The art is fine color wise, but I find its proportions are off. Suggest one vertical or two square shaped, but tape out to get a better sense of the effect.

I would change the art out to something more colourful, add a plan on counter, maybe add a coloured towel and ditch the white but also I love crisp white. I think it’s clean and nice right now not drab at all.

I agree with freedomplace1, the wall color looks fine with the painting. I certainly wouldn't clutter up that small space with a patterned wallpaper. As much as I like white towels, I think it may be the towel color that's throwing things off.

The colors are subtle but it’s a charming piece, I like it!
