Remodel house facade

I would like to remodel our home facade to a modern farmhouse. I would like to keep most of the windows if possible. I am open to changing the front door and patio look. I would like to add some structural elements that make the house facade look less “flat”. No roof replacement. The grey house is mine. The other picture has house fronts I like. Thanks
