I’ll take the guest house, thanks

Drove by this property yesterday (randomly, not bc we were shopping LOL) and had to look it up. I guess the price is for the location and SQ because I don’t find the interior of the main house appealing. Built in 1988. But the guest house (1500 SF, built in 1935) is adorable!

Middletown is very close to Newport but has a more rural feel, and some lovely houses. I collected a few treasures from Pebble Beach there.

Funny, I tried to post this several days ago and it seemed to immediately go poof…I figured maybe we can’t link to RE listings any more? And now suddenly here it is.

The cottage is so quaint. Thanks for sharing. I saved its photos for a future project, if and when. The exterior is just lovely.

Hmm, i saw thedate of this post and wondered how Id missed it. I think Houzz and Z dont play well together.

What a spectacular property. I agree that the guest house is the icing on the cake and I could live there happily.

The guest house is 100 times nicer than the main house. I'll gladly take the guest house and the swimming pool too.
