I would repaint it in a color that is closer to the brick color, not the clashing color it is now. Once its repainted, maybe some trellis on it, with some clematis etc, growing on it. Try to match the reddish color brick as perfectly as you can, so it all blends together, and doesnt look like it does right now.

Be careful with fake greenery outdoors, it turn an aqua colour.

I'd try to match the brick, but erring on the side of darker. Then, I'd plant some shrubs to hide most of it.
