My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My machine is up against a wall; the room is carpeted. The foot pedal migrates towards the wall, so it eventually stops, but by that time I can hardly reach it. I grumble and pull it back towards me with my feet. Hardly a solution, but that's how I handle it.
I do that, too. My pedal is on a small footstool my hubby built, so I tend to scoot it often before it goes over the edge. I use the footstool so I can have my chair high enough to be comfortable at the machine.
Theresa, have you tried the rubber shelf liner stuff? I have it on the bottom of the footstool to keep it from sliding on the vinyl flooring.
