BM Nantucket Gray would look good on your house. Not gray when used outside!

Paint the trim around the windows the same white as the windows and not the house color.

The corner boards in the house color and not the trim color.

Paint downspouts the same as house color and gutters the same as the soffit/fascia color.

Chispa, Do you have a color option in Sherwin Williams like the BM Nantucket Gray? We prefer SW paint. What about the porch decking, railing & posts? That’s also a hard decision. Contrast or Blend?

It’s a hard choice. The green will blend in more with the surrounding greenery but blue can be really pretty and allow the home to stand out against the greenery.

I like SW tony taupe - used a lot on exteriors, a little bit tan and a little bit grey

Look for a softer white for the trims, even a light Tan, not a stark white.

Stain the decks and railings for a warmer feel. (otherwise you'll be priming and double coating all the unfinished wood)

The right gray, green or blue (or blended shade of any of these two) will look great imo. So you will have to negotiate this with your spouse. My preference is a green or green-gray siding color.

I would prefer the blue, in a shade similar to the one in the picture above. Green is being way overused right now. I counted 4 new paint jobs on houses, yesterday on my way to the grocery store, and all 4 were green.

There are a few of the white with black or charcoal, in one of the sub divisions I go by a few times a week. Seems stuff goes in streaks. The area I pass on the way to the grocery store, they have picked various shades of sage green.

I think it looks like a cabin so you could play that up unless you're sold on blue or green.

Green is definitely having a moment - both in kitchens + bathroom tile + exterior paint. If there aren't green houses near you, I'd go with green. I agree that it looks more "upscal to me than blue for some reason.

SW Pewter Green is a nice color - my daughter changed her house from gray + blue to SW Pewter Green + warm white accents. It looks really nice.

When I suggested the color, she used the SW visualization tool - and her reaction was - "Nope!" However, the SW tool doesn't represent the color accurately - especially on the exterior of a house. Paint colors on the exterior of a house become so much lighter than you think they will be.

It would be nice if the porch could be stained instead of painted. The wood stain would be a nice accent to the sage green color.

Forest Green is a nice cabin color with wood stain porch.

id go with a muted sage green for the siding and swap the garage door to a warm wood finish. the green ties right into your mountain surroundings while the wood pulls from the tan stone foundation.
