after you remove the plastic film you need to scuff sand the surface so a primer will adhere.

I have a professional painter and then professional wallpaper installer lined up. Just wanted to know the proper materials to ensure everything goes as I plan. It is an expensive undertaking so I’m trying to avoid costly mistakes.

I assume the look is to mimic windows since there are none. It seems complicated for no reason I think a large piece of art showing a flield or any type of view would be as good. Painted metal color is not usually great and painting aluminum is I think a one shot deal to get perfect .How will the panels be attached to the wall and the wallper installer will have to be also a perfectionist . I think I would have had the wallper framed with a bronze frame but good luck it could be quite interesting so please post some after pics here.

Did your painter or wallpaperer have any advice on proper prep? I would want the wallpaperer to dictate the proper prep so there is no fingerpointing if there is a wallpaper issue.
