Seeking more help in finding more true Irish and Serbian crops.

Good evening friends! I'm Blake a community farmer and gardener from Chicago who's doing his very best to reclaim his community's European settler past.
I'm looking for more Irish and Serbian crops that are from the 1800s mostly, but here's a short list.
Ireland:
1. Gortahork cabbage
2. Viceroy parsnip
3. Tipperary green turnip
4. Irish green pea
5. Londonderry fava bean
Serbia:
1. Cerovaca melon
2. Serbian white pumpkin
3. Osmak white corn
4. Rastika greens
5. Morovia Gate pepper
6. Sunny Creek cucumber
Those are the hardest to bring to America, but are there crops out there that are tied greatly to Irish and Serbian immigrants in the 1800s in the Midwest or elsewhere in America? I don't know how I put up pictures on this forum, but please show me how. Please reach me as soon as possible. Good night!
