Looks like a sedum to me. Could be a native one, but without the foliage, it's hard to tell.

Thanks, I kind of doubt that it is a native, but I may be wrong. I looked up native Sedums in Michigan and the only species listed was Sedum ternatum which has white flowers.

Here is a better view of the foliage that I just received, I think that does kind of confirm Sedum, probably S. acre:
