My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what is this fabric? Cotton? corduroy?

I'm looking for a sturdy/casual fabric for a sofa that will be used quite a lot. need some wedgewood blue tones in the fabric.

    The pattern shown in the photo is Konami colorway #1 Polo from our wildly popular Studio Kyoto collection. Konami is a chenille stripe on a textural ground. The fabric is a polyester/acrylic/viscose blend. The blue in #1 Polo is a bit deeper and more of a marine blue than a true Wedgewood.
