Paint the stucco a light blue and paint the window trim white.

I like the building, but agree that it could use something to soften it up. We have several projects where we attached a long thin trellis above the top of the garage. On either side of the garage openings are large pots with plants that climb up and across the trellis. The trellis would preferably be wrought iron bolted to the wall. It would only project out from the wall about 12" with brackets.

Of course someone would have to water the plants unless you could put drip irrigation in before you pour your driveway.

If you don't want to do the trellis, just placing large pots with trees or plants in three places at the sides and middle of the garages will make a big difference....

Some type of awnings over the upper windows might be practical too, looks sunny & bright. What are you doing with the driveway area?

A covered walkway extending across the entire front. It could be like a pergola. Here are a couple of examples.

I like your ideas so much. Will consider them. The driveway will be paved and there will be an outdoor barbecue area with a small flower garden. Here is what the inside looks like, maybe it may help with suggestions.
