Since the sofa is about the same color as the kitchen cabinets, I like it better on the opposite wall for color balance. Here's one option that uses a peel-and-stick wallpaper mural (which takes "Italian" quite literally!). They're supposed to be removable when you move.

And here's a floor plan. The table serves as a desk most of the time, can be pulled out (and turned?) to seat a fourth person when friends visit.

I'd hide the utility access door (?) on the TV wall behind easily-moved art (stretched canvas? tapestry?), or a second tree.

The OP's pics really give us an idea of how skewed photos can be. I am quite surprised the sofa doesn't fill the window wall more. I think that is where I would put it anyway. I don't like the other two wall options due to it being crammed to that end of the room. The AI renderings have the footage's off. I would want my living space to be larger not the width of a sofa.

Yes, and floor plans also tend to often show furniture that isn't quite the right scale and makes it look like there will be so much more walking space around it!

Your photo seems to indicate an HVAC unit on the LH side that doesn't appear on the floor plan. It's the reason I placed the TV on the LH side.
