My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does this come a size smaller

I love this coffee table- I think it is too huge for my space.

If it does not come smaller I am tempted to buy it anyway and see it in my space. I LOVE it!

    is the glass just setting on the base? I need a square 48 x 48 coffee table - could I put a 48 by 48 piece of glass on this and how wide is the base?

    You would be unable to use this with a different size glass. The glass has pieces connected that helps it connect to the base.

    are the wheels functional - looking to be able to move the table out of the way a few times a week so need wheels to roll on low pile carpet?

    Yes, the cast iron casters are functional.
