The photo shows a black stove. I would look for a black refrigerator - or do all appliances in stainless. The brass knobs and faucet sound fine.

I too think of stainless as a neutral @la_la Girl ^ but I don't like highlighting hardware. I much prefer hardware blend with the cabinets rather than spots of color dotting the landscape. It's a personal choice, the big picture rather than zeroing in on one aspect of the design. We are all drawn to the bling, but it needs to work.

You can get wood knobs and stain them to match cabinets. I got tired of my nickel hardware when I had a cherry kitchen. I found nice wood knobs and stained them myself. It was a simple change.

Stainless appliances will be fine , as well as a stainless sink. As others noted, the stainless really acts as a neutral. My kitchen cabinets are a shade of blue/green and we used champagne/ gold pulls and faucet with stainless sink and applainces and I think it works well together.

I'd go stainless appliances and faucet, with the brass hardware. I'm not a fan of brass faucets--they are a living finish and you have to be okay with the tarnishing that will eventually occur. Stainless steel is practical and the faucet doesn't have to match your cabinet hardware. I have stainless steel appliances and faucets, with matte black hardware and lighting fixtures. Works just fine.

Why the "stand alone" fridge? Get rid of the oven stack, buy a range, and find a home for the microwave.

Long before finishes.........comes a really good layout, not designed by AI...but from the hard dimensions of feet and inches available to you on the site.

I think the kitchen is simple and lovely keep all the metal the same and for sure the faucet stainless like the sink I hope I am puzzled what a stand alone fridge in thise very high end designed kitchen .The cabinets should go to the ceiling and why show any of the vent for the cooktop just clsed in to the ceiling. The island looks suilly at that size I know this is AI but you need to sit with a good KD and do this right , you might need fridge drawers in this space , who knows . Start by having all drawers for base cabinets for sure .
