Too much space between bed and windows

Our king size bed is centered between windows. The problem is that there is a foot of space between the bed and the windows. Our nightstands are half in front of the wall and half infront of the window - awkward!! I had not planned to use drapes because we like the heavy moldings around the windows.

You may need to get some wall mounted swing arm lamps and move the nightstands under the window for easier bed making.

A photo will help. But, you can strategically place lamps on the side table to balance everything out.

I have tried placing the lamps where they are in front of the wall as pictured - still not looking like I wold like.

The lamps look fine, the art work above the bed should be wider to span across the bed.

The problem I have is .....the space between the bed and windows - the tables look strange not centered. in front of the windows but there is too much space between tables and bed ..... the decor is a work in progress -

Can you move the night tables over about 8-10 inches and take a picture from further back?
