How about another photo of the room? A different arrangement of the furniture looks like a possibility. I could see it with the two wing chairs in the bay area.

The leather chair next to the ottoman is squished against the wall. Can you switch it with the red pattern chair opposite it? Then put the ottoman betw. them with solid colored tray on top to break-up the pattern. That might save it,

Thanks@SD. That leather chair can come forward for sure. The chair coral chair is actually finding a home in a guest bedroom. We actually use those brown leather chairs to watch T.V. (frame tv opposite room. I know it is ghastly, but the T.V has gotta stay). My husband wants a foot rest. I actually really like the idea for an arrangment that you shared Judy and it makes me wonder if I can do something similar with this piece in the little second floor sunroom. Please excuse the extra furniture, broom, etc.

Function first. Maybe it's the camera angle but it appears too tall. Currently the trend is to buy huge square, upholstered pieces that do double duty: is it an ottoman or is it a coffee table??? This appears to be for relaxing with your feet up but I wouldn't want my feet above my knees.... Add that to it appears the room has furniture over load, yes I would find it a new home.

Yes, I agree with you arc_gw. It is too tall. I kind of like the softness of the round shape that it brings with those masculine chairs, but from a functional stand point, I think it needs to go. Thanks!

A smaller, leather covered ottoman would work better IMHO.
