He sounds a lot like our only grandson. He is also 6ft tall, just started HS, also good at math and in his second year of Engineering Academy. He just got his permit. Time flies.

Thank you y’all are very kind. All the grands are so fun to share the kitchen with. They all love to cook and eat. This grand was our first and remembers ” Dammie bread” from when he was just barely walking. He loves to make pasta with his Tappy as do all the others .

The 6 & 8 yr olds are really independent in the kitchen at home. DD lets them do everything. They now fix Sunday breakfast all alone. They use the gas stove and make bacon and scrambled eggs and toast . They carry it upstairs on a tray for my DD and DSIL! She has videoed them and they are so proud.

I showed picturs of the 6 yr old stir frying with DH this Summer he is a tiny sized huge talent .

My DGD graduated HS last May, and just began college. We bought her a laptop and she cried when we gave it to her. Just touched me so much! Then she sent us the sweetest hand written thank you note, and it said -- "I love you so much! You spoil me! That's what grandparents are for after all!
