Here’s with everything in one color. I like the brick being painted.

I'd leave the brick unpainted for now. It is the only warm, textured surface that connects the dark cherry cabinets to the brown and gray movement in the counters and floor. Painting the walls, cabinets and brick all Neutral Ground could flatten the whole wall and make the stone counters look busier by comparison.

Paint the walls and cabinets first, then live with them for a week before deciding. Once the dark wood is gone, the brick may feel like the warm part the room needs. If it still looks too red, I'd try a light limewash or mortar wash before opaque paint, so some variation remains.

The SW Neutral Ground will be nice for the walls and cabinets, ceiling and all the trims.

Same color, different sheens for different surfaces, Flat ceiling, egg shell walls, sattin cabinets and doors, including trims.

Leave the Brick as is. (Especially nice because your ovens are embedded... the Built in oven look adds interest.

Paint the island base SW Evergreen Fog. Satin.

I think the Sherwin Williams neutral ground would work for your purposes.

I did an AI visual, and requested Sherwin Williams Neutral Ground, specifically. I used it on the pantry, too.

The color in the visual may be appearing darker and/or more taupe than it would in your actual space with your lighting, etc. So it’s important to test the colors in your actual space. In any case, I like the color in the visual - as well as the swatch and room images below. I would keep the brick, as is. But if you do anything to the brick, I would not suggest painting it.

Why are you painting -- what are you trying to fix?

I would not paint the brick. Its a nice accent, in your kitchen, just the way it is. I would also not paint the cabinets. They are quite nice, and the finish that is on them, will hold out much longer, than a painted over one will.

I wouldn’t paint the wood cabinets, but OP doesn’t like them. It is what it is, and OP needs a good painter for this job.

I would keep the wood cabinets, as is - but I would definitely do something with the pantry. At least paint the door, if not the whole thing. The white door is way too bright for this.

I agree with painting every thing one color. I'd be more inclined to paint the walls/trim a color to work with the counters rather than the floor.

As for the brick...it's your call. I don't like the color of the brick in the scheme...overpowering,

I would change floors before anything else. Then decide after the busy floor is gone if the other elements work and are worth keeping. I dislike the texture of painted brick for it always looks gloopy so I would leave that alone no matter what.

Personally, I think the floors are an issue - they don't work well with the countertops.
