My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are the floors painted or stained? If stain what is color?

    The floor looks like rift & quartered oak. The stain could be a jacobean or similar. Let me know if you have any flooring questions. joel@oakandbroad.com

      try Union Lighting or Prima Lighting fro the light fixture.

      Cabinetry is custom finished in a dark grey, I remember testing the colours but do not have the numbers anymore. Since it is custom, I would suggest showing the look to the millworker you plan to work with, they would be able to give you samples. It's a complex finish since it has a dark glaze on top.
