I like seasonal decor for big pots . Right now some nice fall colored plants like mums, then some plants like winter kale or maybe some Oct. / fall plants and a bit for halloween then winter comes and I love solar lights in a big ball and winter decor and of course some additions for Christmas if that is something you celebrate or just winter decor like a snow man lit up or whatever Winter is the only time I like a wreath on my front door but if you love them this is agreat time for those and maybe some nice lights around that window too

I use large mums in September and switch to cabbages when colder, as they can take the frost.

Early December: I save my fillers from previous winters (mini birch logs and pine cones (both on a stick) and red dogwood. Then we only need assorted boughs and search Marketplace sold by individuals..cheaper/fresher and last so much longer. Then add hardy pansies/twigs in the early spring.

For Fall, pumpkins and greens of choice can be nice.

For winter, more greens with pine cones and red berries mixed in are pretty. Add some red berries and battery-powered fairy lights. FYI, you can get free clippings from the Christmas tree lots at Home Depot and Lowe’s.
