You have 9.75 feet between the window wall and the pillar. Maybe you could butt the arm of your shortest couch up to the pillar and put the TV/shelves opposite it on the widest wall with the outlet. Larger sofa under the window, or if that blocks up the space, put it opposite the window. If you like the space blocked, just treat the right side of the pillar as a doorway into the space, and let the two sofas "L" to make a barrier on the left side of the room.

That's what I was thinking but with the L shape at the entrance to the home, doesn't that give the room a closed off feeling? If I put the couch L at the pillar than I have to walk all the way to the front door to get in. I am seriously rethinking the TV at all in the room! Keeping the shelves and putting the big couch on the longer wall. I love me TV but I do more reading than watching! My office will be opposite the living room!
