My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you very much. The majority of the time a new home ceiling height is a minimum of 9' high. We do occasionally raise a ceiling to 10' which requires the space above it be accessed by a small run of stairs. Hope it helps.

    It does a ton. Doing a renovation (in Vancouver) working with 8ft ceilings.. You are very generous with the time you take to answer questions (even repeated ones). Thanks again.
