Paint your cabinets white, use a great paint, like Muralo, and purchase some hardware.

Stain cabinets ( don't paint) a dark color add brush nickel hardware. Save for stainless appl. A lot of places have deals when you buy a3 piece pkg. it's worth it. Will update this room right away. Add color with accessories on counter. It lacks color that is main problem. Add color with window cover and paint.

I like the white appliances, wood cabinets, and wood floors. What bothers me is the counter top and backsplash--too much beige.

Hi Ashton Moore, I agree with Liza Jane Interiors, I wouldn't suggest putting wallpaper in your kitchen do to steam, heat & variations between temperatures could damage it. I also would suggest staining your cabinets. This is a great job done by our cabinet makers in one of my clients home! Also, a quick fix could be updating your counter tops to something with a little more character.

What about adding some updated pulls and cabinet handles
A new back splash The handles would require a carpenter
To drill holes. But the good thing is since you have no handles
Now you are not limited by previous wholes Kitchen hardware

Can't tell is that new corian backsplash?? If it is you won't want to rip it out. So I would work with hardware. Maybe something with white in it if appliances r new and you don't see replacing them
