I am currently renovating a two storey duplex with a loft by adding a dormer and creating a full third storey. When the dormer is on my new living area will be 571 sf ( 30'-9" x 18' 7" 3/8). Because of where the plumbing is stacked I have no choice but to put the bathroom in the North East Corner. I really want to have an attached walk-in closet but cant come up with anything other than turning the room L-Shape. Is there anything I can do to get around this? I feel like its an awkward shape and I'm cutting my room in half. I'd like to try and keep the walk-in and bathroom together though. Is an L-Shaped room really that bad? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a few photos, the dormer work hasn't started yet
