I can't imagine you also have window treatments which are crucial to any Victorian design sd that would be something you'd need to get and something that must be done right. In general the best way to find someone is to visit homes like yours and if you like the way they are done ask the owners if they had help and if they would share them with you. If someone comes to you and thinks all your ideas are great or thinks all your furniture, mirrors, light fixtures are great, you probably need to look somewhere else.
