My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hello, do you have the plans and dimensions for this open concept living, dining and kitchen area? If so, are they available for purchase? Also, where can I find this island?

    Thank you and yes I do have the plans as I drew them myself. If you are interested, I could possibly do one better and come to you. At the very least and depending on your budget, I could modify this plan concept to fit your floor plan. The island and all of the cabinets were custom made to fit the space.
