I have not had any problems with rust. It is a very stout galvanizing from the factory.

What size are the squares

I live in Ontario , Canada, wondering who supplies this size of mesh? I am not able to find the 3 or 4 inch squares at all.

We're in Minnesota, I found a nice selection of galvanized stock panels*** at Tractor Supply, I know they have many locations in the US, not sure about Ontario, check their website. Possibly a local farm supplier could order it for you. McNichols has beautiful stuff, but way out of our budget. ***the different panel names (goat, horse, sheep, hog, utility) you'll see on various blogs and forums indicate the size and shape of the wire grid pattern depending on what type of livestock the panel is intended for.

Thanks for your responses re: rust. I ended up ordering .250 hot-dipped (.010 coating) welded wire mesh from McNichols. The stuff from Tractor Supply didn't have a very thick coating and was galvanized before welding so was guaranteed to rust within a couple years. Worth the investment as this should last at least 25 years! Thanks again!!!

have u considered powder coating? ? U can do it any color and it lasts for years wen done right!!
