A comfy chair or two, maybe in a bright color, a small table, an exterior area rug, and some plants (both in pots and in railing containers) would go a long way. You could also add some solar-powered lighting if you want to be out there at night.

Soft, comfortable furniture with a slim profile could work. If possible hang sheers in the corner and in the center, then tie them back with a pretty ribbon.
