We are planning on buying an empty lot to build our own house on. After much consideration we realized we need to talk to a professional to answer thousands of questions we have before even started looking or committed to purchase. My wife and I both have architectural background, although don't work in the filed. We have a very rough idea of the house plan and shape in mind, and wanted to find a decent builder to discuss technical aspects, available materials and potential cost of the project.

We are currently exploring land availability around Newtown, PA (near Philly) Can someone recommend a builder in the area that would be willing to spend time with us?
