are these tiles able to be used in a pool? That is on the border above the water line so not fully submerged all the time but indeed getting wet and some chemicals (in the pool water)

You can use them for a shower, backsplash, countertop, etc, but we don’t recommend them to be used where there is constant water, like a pool. The sealant would eventually break down and the tiles would crumble. Porcelain tiles are better for a pool.
