Some simple, pale-colored seating with off-white cushions would be nice.
Also a simpler trellis for the plants on the terrace, with some new bright accect cushions for the metal bench.

Need some added variety of color in plants both behind the fountain and by settee. I like the low bench by the glass, but would suggest a color with more pop. Have you considered up-lighting for night views?

If you can, invest in a really nice set of wicker furniture, with bright colors and overstuffed chairs! I'd also get some colorful (solid color) pots and put them in a grouping, and some
type of arrangement on the glass table top.

You really have a good start to your courtyard/patio but yes, color is needed. Is the glass covering a fire pit? :)

I would bring in some color with some brighter cushions on the bench. More bolder color in the pottery. Color in the candles on the fire pit or switch to a copper lantern. An outdoor rug could add color. Your space is great it just lacks energy;) Maybe some outdoor cafe lights strung over head?

I agree about adding some wicker furniture with bright colored cushions and add some plants that will give on going colour throughout the seasons. For a nice touch at night add some garden lights strategically placed throughout the garden and a spot light on the large palm tree for a nice effect if you like to entertain outside at night.
