Simple-paint the other millwork trim white as well!

White looks best with gray; cream best with any colour eith undertone hue yellow.

With undertone hue of yellow.

I wish it was that easy but I have unfortunately have such an open house that would cost a fortune and all other rooms have such warm tones, white wouldn't look nice. There are so many rooms that come off of the kitchen and the ceilings are cream, bookcases and exposed beams and so on. I should have thought about this before I decided to do this countertop. I may be able to take the trim down a notch so that it isn't so offensive cream..

What color white would you suggest for those countertops???

Since the entire house is painted in cream not white I would definitely combine the cream used with a bright white. Experiment until u find a suitable hue. Is thete an island? I would paint it gunmetal grey for nice contrast.

I thought countertops were Caesarstone grey?
