My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

could someone tell me about the flooring?

    looks like Natural Maple with a water-based finish (e.g. bona traffic). we sanded down our maple floors (they had a horrible orangy brown finish) and applied Bona Traffic (water based) and this is what they look like. Using a water based finish on Maple prevents it from becoming yellowy.

      The flooring we used in this kitchen is a maple "floating floor" in 5" planks...hope this helps!

      The manufacturer is "Bruce Flooring" and the installation is "floating floor". The wood is light maple in 5" planks. Hope this helps!

      The floor is a laminate floating floor in natural maple. They are pre-finished.

      The floor is beautiful. Why did you use laminate instead of luxury vinyl plank for a kitchen? I am looking at LVP floating floors to go with Bordeaux cherry-stained maple cabinets and I am having a hard time finding a color to go with it. The counters are buttermilk Ceasarstone. Thanks!
