What my wife and i are looking for is a house that has the character of this one has a MBR on 1st floor with 8x14 walkin closet, 2br up n 2 full baths up.
No FLR, No FDR, a flex room on first floor, laundry, walkin pantry, 1/2 bath off of garage and kitchen, big family room huge kitchen with room for a table for 14 people and a 3 car gar. We want it to be between 1800 sq ft and 24 sq ft. Not sure if you have designed anything like this or not. I am a real estate broker in RI and CT and am looking to do a development of 15-25 homes like this (arts and crafts, cottage bungalow styles on small lots 1/4 acre.
